The industry is also seeing a supply chain issue with workers with a lack of skills in the industry. Everyone knows the supply chain will catch up but at the present moment, it’s a challenge for all to keep up with the demand. Storages have led to manufacturing being halted – some companies have begun to redesign and rethink their products without particular components.
The Excool have been fortunate enough to maintain an excellent supply chain and as a result, our lead times have remained largely unaffected. Our current lead time is 18-26 weeks from the order being confirmed and ready for production. This lead time could be less depending on current production levels, or stock units are available for dispatch in a matter of weeks.
Excool does also have stock available to leave the factory within in a week. Excool will work with your team to get the units shipped as quickly as possible.
